-Has calculated your BMR (if you count calories) and eat based around that, not around an arbitrary calorie number (and never below 1200)
-Isn’t focused on an “UGW” but your general level of fitness and health
-Is focused on being in a HEALTHY weight range for your height and body shape according to a health professional, not just an arbitrary number
-Posts lots of “personal” updates about your progress (not solely reblogs)
-Understands that losing weight is as simple as eating healthy and exercising and that this is LIFESTYLE CHANGE not a diet or anything else
-Believes everything is okay in moderation and DO NOT restrict yourself
-Is positive, optimistic and happy (You do NOT cut yourself down/talk about how you hate yourself)
-NEVER promotes self-injury or disordered eating or over-exercise.
-Is getting healthy for YOURSELF and your health; not boys or girls or cute clothes or whatever
-Keeps your blog primarily (think like 75%) about fitness and health
